How do patients seek reimbursement from insurance companies?
If you intend to try to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan for services from Twardon Family Care, be aware that Dr. Twardon is out of network, because she does not file insurance claims. Please check with your insurance plans before coming to clinic regarding what they specifically require from you in order to successfully secure reimbursement. Insurance Plans commonly call for a summary of your encounter, receipt, and what is called a ‘Superbill.’ A Superbill has the itemized services and the relevant diagnosis codes. Please let us know at the time of check-in what information you would need, and we will try to accommodate in a timely fashion.
